Products & Accuracy We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will be completely accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update or change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched. All transactions are processed securely and your payment details are never stored on our systems.

Order Confirmation Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

Shipping & Delivery Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Estimated delivery is within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Opened battery packs are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at qualitydeals4u@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUALITYDEALS4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
