We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Sealed battery packs must remain unopened to be eligible for a return, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at qualitydeals4u@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at qualitydeals4u@hotmail.com with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened battery packs (unless faulty)
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned after the 60-day return window
