Shipping Policy

Order Dispatch All orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive within 2–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or you have not received your parcel within 10 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us immediately at qualitydeals4u@hotmail.com with your order number and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
